How do I order from the AC Hoylake Web Shop?

You’ll have to set up an account before you can order from the AC Hoylake web shop. To do this, simply click on CREATE ACCOUNT on the homepage, enter a valid email address, password, and some postage details, and your new account will be created.

You’ll then be free to roam the online store, add to your basket, and pick up everything you need for the new season.

So, if it’s new season training wear you're after, go to https://www.clubwebshop.com/a-z/clubs/achoylakejfc/Training_Wear, pick the items you need and add them to your basket.

Once all your items have been added to basket, you’ll then need to follow the checkout process, which requires you to be logged in to your account. Once you’re logged in and at the checkout, you’ll be given the following payment options:

Credit/debit card (Sagepay) – selecting this payment method will direct you to the sagepay website where you can enter your own payment details, with delivery to the registered card holders address.
Cheque Payment – selecting this payment method will save your current items as awaiting payment. The web store won’t process this as an order until it has received the cheque. Orders will not be shipped until after the cheque clearance period, which is two weeks from date of receipt.
Bank Transfer – selecting this payment will save your current items as awaiting payment. The web shop will not process this as an order until the bank transfer has cleared. Bank details are provided on the confirmation page.

As a coach at AC Hoylake, it’s important that you can be easily identified by other club officials, as well as parents and players – that’s why we ask all our coaches wear appropriate club wear on match days and during tournaments.

Could we improve the web shop?

We are continually working on, developing and testing new ideas to launch for our Club Shop facility, ensuring that they meet the needs of our core customer, Grassroots football.
We are always open to feedback from our customers and welcome you to email requests for features not yet available on the club shop facility. While we can’t guarantee that all requests will be developed, we can guarantee that they are all strongly considered and prioritised based on how many clubs the development will benefit from such a feature.
